Refunds
In PrivateChief's own words: “If you cancel before your Chief is live, we refund the $299 setup in full and your membership never starts. Cancel within 30 days of the day it goes live and we refund the $299 and your first month. Metered AI usage is not part of the refund, and setup work we carry out in person at your home is work done and is not refunded.”
AI capacity is separate
The monthly price covers the managed service, not the AI capacity your Chiefs use. You can connect your own paid OpenAI account and pay OpenAI directly, or let PrivateChief supply the capacity at its cost plus thirty percent. Either way, some capacity, voice mainly, is always metered at cost plus thirty percent.
