BusinessMarketing.Pro ("we", "us") is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. We built this site to be useful without asking for your personal information. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.
No accounts
You don't create an account or log in to use any tool here, so we don't collect names, passwords, or profiles.
Browser-side tools
Our calculators and builders — such as the UTM Builder, Ad Budget & ROAS Calculator, and Google SERP Snippet Preview — run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored by us.
AI tools
The AI writing tools (ad copy, press release, social post, and cold email generators) send the text you enter to a third-party language-model provider (OpenRouter and its upstream model providers) so a result can be generated and returned to you. We do not retain the content you submit or the generated output after the request completes. To keep these free tools available and prevent abuse, we maintain short-lived, per-IP request counters in temporary server memory.
Server logs
Like most websites, our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. These are not used to build advertising profiles of individuals.
No selling of data
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies needed for the site to function. We don't require you to log in, so we don't set tracking cookies for personalized advertising on this site.
Children
These tools are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13.
