BusinessMarketing.Pro is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. This policy explains what we collect to run marketing for your business and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your account: name, email and a securely hashed password.
  • Your business: the business name, website, description, audience, contact details, photo and news you give us.
  • Billing: Stripe processes your payment details; we keep only the Stripe customer and subscription references.
  • Connected accounts: when you connect social accounts on LazyPosts.ai, that service stores the access tokens needed to post for you, encrypted.
  • Recordings: your podcast interviews are recorded and stored by AIHosts.fm to produce and publish the episode.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: to set up and run your podcast, social, SEO and press channels on our sister services (AIHosts.fm, LazyPosts.ai, TrafficBud.io and PitchBud.io, all operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC), to publish what you have authorised, to pitch journalists on your behalf after you approve a release, to bill you, and to send you your reports and service emails. Some content is prepared with the help of AI model providers, which receive the business information needed for that task.

What becomes public

Things you authorise us to publish are public by design: social posts, podcast episodes and approved press releases. Your contact name and email appear on press releases and pitches so journalists can reach you.

Journalists we contact

We use publicly available professional contact details for journalists who cover relevant topics. Every pitch includes a one-click opt-out, and we keep a list of people who have opted out so no business we represent contacts them again.

No selling of data

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies and logs

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Our servers keep standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting. Advertising measurement tags, where used, are governed by their providers' own policies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your business information while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and support. Ask us and we will delete your account data, subject to records we must keep by law.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
