Terms of Service

These terms govern BusinessMarketing.Pro (the "Service"), operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service is
A monthly, done-for-you marketing service. For each brand you register (a business or product with its own website or landing page), we run podcast interviews on AIHosts.fm, social media posting on LazyPosts.ai, website SEO check-ups on TrafficBud.io, and press releases and journalist pitches on PitchBud.io, and we report what we did in your dashboard. These are Archieboy products, and we operate them for you.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, and permission to use the names, photos, logos and facts you give us.
- If you switch on social posting, connecting your social media accounts. Doing so authorises us to publish posts to those accounts on your behalf until you switch posting off, disconnect them or your plan ends.
- Recording your podcast interviews. You are responsible for what you say in them, and you grant us the right to edit and publish the recordings.
- Approving each press release. We never publish a press release until you approve it. By approving, you confirm its statements, including any quotes attributed to you, are accurate and that you are entitled to make them.
- If you switch on podcast guest pitching, approving your guest profile. By approving it you authorise us to email up to five podcast hosts a month on your behalf, with a link to that profile. Replies go directly to you, and you arrange and attend any interview yourself.
- Authorising journalist pitches. After you approve a release, we send short personal emails about it to a small number of journalists (at most ten a month per brand) on your behalf. Replies go directly to you.
No guarantee of results
We promise to do the work described and to report it honestly. We do not promise search rankings, traffic, press coverage, bookings, leads or sales. Content we prepare is produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our systems; please tell us promptly if anything we publish for you is wrong, and we will correct or remove it.
The Free plan
The Free plan covers one brand: a monthly SEO check-up of its website with the top fixes, a podcast match and a preview of a press release. Nothing is booked, published or pitched on the Free plan. If you upgrade within 14 days of starting it, the setup fee for that brand is half price. We may change or end the Free plan, and will tell you by email first if we do.
Fees and billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Each brand carries a one-time setup fee, charged with the first payment for that brand. Advertising spend and other third-party charges are never included. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are reviewed in light of the work delivered and applicable law. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse a completed billing period.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account page. Work continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops: we stop posting, stop crawling and stop booking or pitching. Episodes, releases and posts that were already published stay published unless you ask us to take them down.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to promote anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive. We may decline or remove content, pause work, or end the Service for a brand that breaks these terms or the rules of the platforms we publish to.
Intellectual property
Your business names, marks and materials stay yours. The written content we prepare for you is yours to use in your own marketing. Our names, designs and software remain ours.
Third-party platforms
Social networks, podcast directories, search engines and news outlets are run by others and set their own rules. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
