For each brand: we book a podcast interview about once a month (and, if you switch it on, pitch you as a guest to up to five established podcasts a month), crawl your website every week and keep a ranked list of fixes, and each quarter we write a press release and pitch it to up to ten matched journalists a month once you approve it. If you switch on social posting, we also publish a post every day to the accounts you connect. Your dashboard lists everything we did, and we email you a short summary at the start of each month.
Yes. The Free plan covers one brand: we check its website every month and show you the top fixes, match you with a podcast, and show you the headline and opening of the press release we would write for you. Nothing is booked, published or pitched until you upgrade. Upgrade within 14 days of starting and the setup fee is half price: $74.50 instead of $149.
One Brand is $99 a month and Multiple Brands is $249 a month for up to ten brands, both billed monthly. There is also a one-time $149 setup fee per brand, which covers matching your podcast and booking the first interview, running your first full SEO crawl and writing your first press release. You can also start on the Free plan and upgrade later.
About an hour a month. You record one 30-minute podcast interview a month in your browser, and read and approve a press release each quarter. If you switch on social posting, you also connect your accounts once, which takes a few minutes.
No. AIHosts.fm is a network of topic-focused shows whose hosts are AI, briefed in advance on you and your business. You are the real human guest. The network is openly AI-hosted, and each episode is published on the show and its podcast feed.
Yes, if you want more interviews. Switch on guest pitching on your dashboard and we draft a guest profile from your website for you to check and approve. Then we pitch you to up to five established podcasts a month: shows with a real audience that already interview guests like you. Each pitch is a short personal email signed by you, with replies going straight to you, and you arrange the interview with the host. We never pitch the same show twice in 90 days, and we cannot promise a booking. Your monthly AIHosts.fm interview carries on either way. It is off unless you switch it on, because hosts who say yes will expect you to show up.
Social posting is optional and off until you switch it on from your dashboard. Once it is on, we post once a day to whichever of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Bluesky you connect, in the voice we learn from your website. You can switch it off any time.
Yes, together with our own checks. That is how we can do this much work for this price. You approve every press release before it is published, and you can ask us to correct or remove anything at any time.
We do, on your behalf, after you approve the release. Each pitch is a short personal email to one journalist who covers your field, sent in your name via BusinessMarketing.Pro, and replies go straight to you. We send at most ten a month per business and never pitch the same journalist twice in 90 days.
Yes. Open the release from your dashboard and you can change any part of it, add an image, and save as often as you like. When you are happy, approve it, or tell us what to change and we will rewrite it. Nothing is published or pitched until you approve.
We tell you exactly what to change, ranked by impact and effort, in plain English. You or your web person make the changes, and our weekly crawl shows the improvement.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work gets done every month and that we report it honestly.
Yes, through Promoto.io, our connected advertising workspace. Open the Paid ads row on your dashboard and choose Set up Promoto to get started. Promoto is billed separately on its own plans, and ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad networks, never included in our monthly price.
Each business or product with its own website or landing page counts as a brand. The Multiple Brands plan covers up to ten, each with its own dashboard and its own podcast bookings, press releases and SEO check-ups, for $249 a month plus the one-time setup fee per brand. The same person can be the spokesperson for all of them.
From your account page. Work stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Anything already published stays published unless you ask us to take it down.
